Why did I always fizzle out so quickly…. Where do I start? Another year has started and I have a tell you that this is a revelation that I lived and believed for many years…. Year after year I would promise myself THIS is the YEAR I would lose the weight for GOOD…Now a few weeks in and It was living a broken record. I would start off hot and then just as quickly I would be back to where I began….and like that broken record I was stuck in that same spot… Playing the some thing over and over again.. Guilt, self-criticism and going back to taking solace in “comfort food” ( why do they call it comfort food when we feel guilty and have to apologise for eating it? Women often ask me. Where do I start? So we start doing this and by being completely honest with ourselves. Let’s face FACTS here It's not easy to lose weight and KEEP it off !! , but it can be done with the steps that will get you into Action.
