I tried countless "diets " and exercise regimes.. And I had all the excuses at one time to just be. After all I kept on failing... always trying, losing weight, and gaining back even more. So much frustrations and most times just felt like I was " going through life feeling empty" I know that "I" needed to change something... But what and how In today's live I will talk about these Five shifts to make for weight loss success 1. Understand that weight loss is more that the food We come to a point when we so want to lose weight, and the like a bullseye our focus on food and what I can an cannot eat, we are already starting from a point of lack and limitations. Achieving healthy weight loss isnโ€™t about a โ€œdietโ€ or โ€œprogramโ€ but a lifestyle with healthy eating patterns, regular physical activity, and stress management. 2. Get a clear picture of what you want to achieve and start building a belief around it. After all the things you have been through, Belief in yourself and that investing in your health health why is it the right thing to do. Get clear on why you believe that your health is important or not important. Ask yourself where does those beliefs come from! 3. Remove the barriers that is keeping you stuck. Understand there major things that keeps you on the yo-yo and regaining the weight you lost and then some is this. YOU will always have a reason not to start. What are the obstacles you are facing and remove them 4. Build A new Image of Yourself. It sounds a little controversial, but allow me to explain. Nothing destroys your self-confidence more than a negative self-image. The thing is, when you've been abused mentally or physically of any kind, you've been programmed into the deep recesses of your mind some perception of what you are and what you're not worth. All areas of your life are negatively affected by this including your weight.. 5.Invest in Coaching and in Mentoring. Let me just say that if I could tell you one thing that I wish someone had told me it is this. Put an end to wasting time and start getting what you want right away. I want to see you win.. We try many ways to lose weight and eat right and try to do so many things. As with any successful endeavor, mentoring is essential. Every person should have a mentor who can provide them with new ideas, new perspectives, support, and accountability. By not investing in yourself, you could miss out on finally achieving the health success you've always wanted.
