Dr. Kaufmann is also a published researcher, a community leader, popular speaker, and former faculty at Alliant International University and National University. Her forthcoming book, Embrace the Middle, shares her original research findings on 619 midlife women worldwide and challenges the negative cultural midlife paradigm. The book will introduce SOFTT - Dr. Kaufmann's mindful, step-by-step approach to navigating the challenges and celebrating the many gifts of midlife.
