Victoria is a wellness coach, brain fitness instructor and mindfulness guide. After 15 years of working as a caseworker Victoria experienced a total burnout, developed anxiety and poor self-esteem. She took the time she needed to heal and to re-learn and regenerate her relationship with herself and the world around her. Now, Victoria is the founder and owner of My Recreo.Health an online wellness platform for women 40 and older focusing on physical, emotional and brain health offering weekly wellness classes over Zoom including brain fitness, letting go of worry meditation and the worry support group for women. She is also the co-host of the Let’s Relieve Regret Podcast. Victoria considers herself a work in progress. She always learning some new sciencey facts about the brain or wellness and is always trying new strategies to improve her physical, emotional, and mental fitness. She can be pushy when she is really excited about an idea. She is learning to take down the walls around her and be more self-aware. She lives in the Beach in Toronto with her husband Cristian and their cat Olivia.
